Founder & CEO

Is the founder of ‘Yuva Animation Studios’. His idea towards starting the organization has many reasons, started his career as a Trainee in the field, grown to the higher positions to Animation Supervisor & Creative Head for many projects and contributed his effort to the growth of many organization. His experience and strong desire in the Industry made him to start an Organization Individually, his confidence and hard-working nature enabled him to grown to many positions. As a part of his experience he had handled many projects from Scratch to End and made himself as a successful professional in the Industry..

After seeing all the experience in his professional life, he has decided to start his organization individually with a strong desire to make the organization to reach the higher standards in the Industry; he needs to develop many policies effectively for the better living of Employees in his organization with his past experience. Name 1 wanted to create a company that would be known as the Disney of India. He left a comfortable software job in the US to study at the Academy of Art University, San Fransisco. His passion for animation led to the birth of Yuva Animation in 2017.

He Is an Industry Expert has a vast experience of 14 Years in the field of Animation. Worked in more than 20 International Films & TV Series with International reputed studios like Technicolor, Tata Elxsi, Toonz, DQ etc. Expert in complete 2D, 3D Animation,and pipeline with strong knowledge in Technical as well as Management, his ability to handling the Team and Project encouraged him to become a Entrepreneur of an Animation Studio. During his project experience he worked directly with clients like Walt Disney, DreamWorks, and Nickelodeon etc. He has the ability to hold the pulse of the International projects and can handle efficiently till end of the project.

He brings on board the excellent conceptualization & execution skills added with his strategic thinking and people management ability to help through all the stages of the production. As a part of his experience he has maintained good relations with many International Clients and received much applause. His relations with International Clients are ready to Offer the projects in subject to the Profile of the studio.

Ravi Kumar Adabala

DIRECTOR & CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Is an industry specialist with around 18 Yrs of experience, who has worked in Creative roles on TV Series and movies like “Walt Disney’s, Dream works, Marvel “Nickelodeons , Moonscoop and Method Films – projects worked on All Hail King julian ,kung fu panda, how to train your dragon, Alvin and chipmunks, Puss in the boots, TMNT, Penguins, Fanboy, and many more International series. He brings on board the excellent conceptualization & execution skills added with his strategic thinking & creativity. He has worked with reputed companies likeTechnicolor India, DQ Entertainments etc. He has in-depth knowledge in 3D Animation.

He is Expert in Studio Development, and ability to communicate, coach and mobilize a working team, express and share the artistic direction. Good ability to express ideas and listen to others.His patience and dedication, hard-working towards the work makes him a great professional in the Animation Industry. During his experience in International projects he worked as a Creative Director and Creative Supervisor for more than 30 TV Series, DVD, Films etc, playing a key role in Creative aspects. As a Creative Director he has a solid experience, a good eye, effective communication skills and talent for people and project management, combined with the ability to meet deadlines and to work to a budget. In addition to the above, he has a leadership, management and organizational skills, together with the ability to take responsibility. With his inspiration and support many young professional has grown their talents.Even today he continues with his courage and skills towards the Animation.

With over 8 years of experience in the 3D animation industry, brings unparalleled expertise and leadership to every project. Skilled in overseeing the entire animation pipeline, from initial concept to final delivery, ensures that each project is executed flawlessly, on time, and within budget. Developing comprehensive project plans and schedules, identifying critical milestones, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
